At SecondLife, we believe in giving our customers complete clarity on the condition of every item we sell. All products are inspected, tested, and graded based on both their physical appearance and screen condition (where applicable).
Physical Body Grade
Grade A
Light signs of use only
May include minor surface scratches or slight colour fade
No dents, cracks, or deep marks
Grade B
Moderate to heavy wear
May include deeper scratches, small dents, and medium colour fade
No structural cracks or missing parts
Grade C+
Body is overall Grade A or B condition
May have 1–2 hairline cracks that do not affect functionality
Grade C-
Visible physical damage
May include large cracks, holes, or missing plastic/housing components
Screen Grade
Grade A
Perfect display condition
No dead pixels, blemishes, screen burn, or visible wear
Grade B
Minor display imperfections
May include 1–5 dead pixels, slight blemishes, or mild screen burn
Grade C
Noticeable screen wear
May include multiple dead pixels, heavier blemishes, or visible screen burn
Grade F
Faulty or damaged LCD
Device may require screen repair or replacement
