Recycling Trade-In

Here at SecondLife, we try to keep the process of recycling as simple and secure as possible. We focus on three core elements to ensure each client leaves satisfied and confident that their account and products have been handled in the most professional way.

Account Management

All our clients will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Your account manager will aid you through the Recycling Trade-In process to ensure you are in the best hands every step of the way, from first point of contact all the way through to sending your full report and purchase order.

Asset Management

We take close care in managing your assets. Each collection will be allocated a lot and tested for all functionality. Data bearing devices will be wiped with ADISA Certified erasure methods and reporting is made for each asset to generate your final report.

Asset & Data Erasure Report

Once the full process has been complete by our warehouse team, your account manager will prepare the documents for your final report. This will include all information on the items we have handled, data erasure certification and the confirmation of the value to come back to you.

What do SecondLife Recycle?

We aim to recycle all devices from our clients. Devices that we regularly collect are:

  • Laptops
  • PC's

And many more...!

Tell us what you have, and we'll do the rest...

We try to make our process as simple as possible. Tell us what you have to be traded in and we will tell you how we can help. We will provide dedicated account managers, competitive valuations, dedicated collection days and more... We look forward to working with you.
