Our Product Grading

When it comes to grading we have a step by step process, giving each product a physical grade, a screen grade and then providing any information on faults found.

Physical Grade

Screen Grade

Grade A

Evidence of light wear, can include light scratches, very light colour fade. No deep scratches, no dentsa

Grade B

Heavier wear, can include deep scratches, dents, medium colour fade. No cracks or chips

Grade C

Damages to housing. Can include cracks, chips, holes, missing plastics.

Grade A

No screen wear, dead pixels, screen blemishes or screen burn.

Grade B

Very light screen wear, 1-5 dead pixels, slight screen blemish, light screen burn.

Grade C

Heavy screen wear, multiple dead pixels & screen blemish, bad screen burn.
